When I bought my house and you made a wheelchair accessible addition for my parents (bedroom and bathroom, access through all interior and exterior doors), you made sure that all the work got done, not only to my satisfaction and on time, but to my mother's satisfaction as well. You had a good eye for detail, design and color and helped me make many decisions that helped the whole project come together beautifully. When you added on my carport, you found attractive solutions for the many tricky problems it presented, from beautiful round columns to the skylights and beadboard in the roof.
I really like your telephone service that allows you to be always reachable, wherever you may be. If a problem develops, I know I can call you and you will come by to assess the situation as quickly as possible.

Dear Jeff:
Thank you for the great job you did at Temple Ner Tamid in Peabody. This was a huge undertaking while the building continued to function with daily operations. The project consisted of demolishing the entire front awning to the steel girders and rebuilding. The front overhang was replaced with tongue and groove wood and stained to perfection. With the new lights added it looks like a work of art.
At the same time as this huge upgrade was going on in the front of the building the entire building was scrapped, pressure washed, boards replaced and painted. Jeff also coordinated a tree company to remove about 10 overgrown trees that were covering the building.
The inside also had some work done. The old youth lounge was converted to an adult education center. All wallpaper was removed, ceiling tiles replaced and grid painted. Carpet was put in this room also.
J&S always made sure the site was neat and clean and everything was done to perfection. I wanted to hire a contractor that I did not have to baby sit.
With J&S there was never a question that everything would get taken care of. I was in communication every day as to exactly where we were with the project.
I would definitely recommend J&S Carpentry for any size job because I feel that they would handle it with a professional touch.

We hired J&S Carpentry and Construction for two projects.one residential and one commercial. The first project entailed building a shed for our yard, and we specifically wanted it to be a replica of the house. They did an outstanding job. In fact, the shed looks so much like our house that our friends refer to it as our .mini-me. home. Not only is the shed itself perfect, but the work was done on time and on budget.
